FTC Senior Business Analyst

• Deliver senior-level business analysis to support the organisation's Data Transformation Programme.
• Identify requirements for new information systems functionality and areas for development.
• Map out efficient data processes-from collection through to transformation, reporting and use.
• Contribute to the planning, design, testing and implementation of system workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver workable solutions.
• Support junior analysts and participate in working group sessions to refine and deliver systems requirements.
• Produce clear, accurate written work that forms part of official records.
• Apply knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, DevOps, JIRA or MS Project.
• Demonstrate understanding of technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure, APIs and data repositories.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in business analysis roles, ideally within data or technology-driven environments, and will be confident translating business needs into functional requirements. A solid understanding of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, along with the ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, will be key. Experience with CRM systems, cloud-based platforms, and collaboration tools such as DevOps or JIRA is highly desirable, and an understanding of data lifecycles, system integration, and workflow design will be essential. The successful applicant will be analytical, solutions-focused, and highly organised, with a proactive and collaborative approach to their work.
