A fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, supporting key functions across client accounting and property transactions. The role offers a varied workload with a strong focus on accuracy, client service and internal liaison.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring client accounts for incoming funds and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Processing payment instructions from fee earners and secretaries.
- Reconciling client accounts and managing accrued interest and deposit placements.
- Liaising with banks on payment-related queries and ensuring timely transaction execution.
- Working closely with the property team to process conveyancing transactions, including document duty, purchase funds, redemptions, sale proceeds, and ad-hoc payments.
- Managing weekly billing for completed matters and applying client account funds to invoices.
- Supporting estate matters, including beneficiary payments and account balancing.
- Liaising with the Credit Control team to allocate funds to outstanding invoices where applicable.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar finance or legal administration role, with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. A good standard of education is required, and a relevant accounting qualification would be advantageous. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
