Be part of a professional and collaborative Client Services team within our clients' well-regarded investment management business. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of client administration and investment operations tasks, supporting private client, fiduciary, and institutional relationships worldwide.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with client onboarding, including account set-up, CDD, risk assessments, and preparation for new business committee presentations.
- Processing payments, transfers, FX transactions, fees, and account closures.
- Managing funds received, client valuations, quarterly and annual reporting, and investment proposals.
- Supporting intermediary relationships and ongoing CDD monitoring.
- Assisting with corporate actions, trade input and checking, stock set-up, and data feed servicing.
- Contributing to regulatory reporting processes such as CRS, FATCA, GDPR data destruction, and archiving.
- Providing support for annual audits, quarter-end processes, and ad hoc operational tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration within a regulated financial advisory or investment management environment, with a sound knowledge of relevant financial services terminology and operations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency with investment platforms and systems is desirable, along with experience in corporate actions and settlements. This role would suit a methodical, team-oriented professional looking to build on their skills in a dynamic environment.
