Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting users of mobile and internet banking services from set-up through to ongoing assistance.
  • Handling client queries and managing user registrations and deletions.
  • Logging issues and liaising with IT and app developers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Supporting the continued development and enhancement of digital banking capabilities.
  • Processing card applications for clients and staff, including e-wallet and app setups.
  • Handling card renewals, limit adjustments, cancellations, and fraud-related matters.
  • Liaising with card producers and supporting regular reporting and reconciliations.
  • Assisting with projects and upgrades related to card and digital banking services.
  • Providing administrative support and cover within the wider Banking Services team as needed.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and client service skills, ideally with prior experience in banking or financial services. Attention to detail, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Familiarity with mobile or internet banking platforms and a proactive approach to continuous improvement would be highly beneficial.
