This varied and fast-paced position offers a motivated marketing professional the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man, supporting the delivery of a full spectrum of marketing activities. Based in Guernsey, the successful candidate will act as a key local link for the wider UK-based marketing function, supporting both strategic and operational campaigns aligned with client engagement and brand awareness objectives.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the delivery of all IBCI marketing communications and campaigns.
- Supporting local events and sponsorship activations in coordination with the central Events team.
- Maintaining and managing internal communications, including support for internal events.
- Coordinating and activating social media platforms.
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and project management of marketing materials.
- Drafting marketing content such as brochures, emails, social posts, and website copy.
- Organising cross-team collaboration to meet deadlines and ensuring consistent brand application.
- Acting as a guardian for brand, tone of voice, and corporate identity.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, ideally with some marketing exposure or relevant qualifications. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also key.
