A brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking telecoms provider as part of their Customer Experience team until the 31st of December, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Temporary Customer Provisioning Agent, you'll play an integral role in ensuring seamless service delivery across a variety of products while supporting both consumer and wholesale clients.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and managing service orders for fixed line, broadband, fibre and business mobile services.
- Liaising with wholesale clients and internal departments to ensure end-to-end order management.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely equipment dispatch and installation appointments.
- Handling customer queries and incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supporting service provisioning by coordinating with sales, customer support and engineering teams.
- Ensuring billing accuracy by collaborating with the Billing Support team.
- Upholding company standards regarding data protection, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A strong attention to detail and a proactive, process-driven approach are essential. An interest in technology and telecommunications is beneficial, alongside a positive, collaborative attitude.
