As a Fund Administrator, you will carry out the routine day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager.

                                Guernsey,
                                Channel Islands
                            
                        Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering a portfolio of clients (including VC funds, management companies and associated fund vehicles) and liaising with clients and third parties.
 - Assisting with the processing of all aspects of the fund's operations.
 - Undertaking the accurate maintenance of all investor and fund records in the relevant systems.
 - Assisting with company secretarial matters including the preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
 
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience in fund administration, be willing to study towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA) or equivalent, and possess a basic understanding and ability to interpret fund documentation.How To Apply
