Join our client- an established provider of pension and trust services as a key member of the Trust team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of international and local pension schemes while leading a team of administrators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of bespoke pension and share schemes.
- Reviewing and approving investment transactions and banking instructions.
- Overseeing a small team of administrators, providing support and guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with members, advisers, and professional intermediaries.
- Contributing to team and group-wide projects as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in trust, pensions, or a similar financial services environment, along with strong working knowledge of Guernsey fiduciary requirements. Experience managing a team is essential, as is confidence working with a sophisticated client base. Knowledge of a wide range of investments, minute taking, and Guernsey-based pension arrangements would be advantageous. A relevant professional or degree-level qualification is desirable.
