This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established trust company within a wider financial services group! Offering a range of services including family office, trusts, employee benefit trusts, foundations, company management and pension administration, this organisation is seeking a Trust and Company Officer or Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of clients in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, including the establishment, day-to-day administration, and termination of entities.
Drafting and preparing trust and company documentation including minutes, resolutions, reports and trust deeds.
Coordinating the distribution of trust assets and maintaining accurate records of investments, transactions and statutory filings.
Acting as a primary contact for clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations, including those set by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Supporting client meetings and communications, including minute-taking and providing timely updates on trust and company matters.
Conducting due diligence and monitoring structures for AML and KYC compliance.
Supporting risk mitigation and contributing to regulatory reporting.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified or working towards a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA, with 2–3 years' experience in trust and company administration for Administrator level, or 3–5 years for Officer level. A sound understanding of local and international trust regulations and experience with pension schemes is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client relationship skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.How To Apply
