Our client, an independent global specialist in trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services, is seeking to recruit a Trainee Trust Adminisrator for their Private Clients Team.

Responsibilities

Support the fiduciary teams.
Effect banking instructions with supervision.
Construct basic written communications and liaise with the team on client instructions.
Alert team mates and management to any problems.
Be aware of and meet utilisation targets.
Develop an organised approach to work flows and time management and will be responsible for supporting their team in day to day fiduciary activity.
Ensure that they deliver and support their team in delivering high quality service to all clients, working with our Associate Director, Trust Directors and intermediaries to ensure longevity of relationships.
Prepare minutes and any other documentation required for the administration of client structures under the supervision and direction of team members.
Support team members in their management of client relationships and the administrative work that is required, and will be able to interact with clients in line with company standards.
Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and demonstrate an awareness of the importance and effect of time recording.
Assist the team in payment and collection of fees and debtors in a timely manner.
Develop an awareness of risk policies and build an understanding of how these are applied to client and business situations, developing an awareness of the different risk roles undertaken within the company.
Work within defined parameters and under supervision to ensure that the team meet their risk targets.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths, and be willing to study for a relevant professional qualification such STEP or ICSA. Candidates will demonstrate solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
