This role will involve all aspects of pension administration within the office, in support of the Client Services Team.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Client event maintenance, including direct contact with clients by telephone, email or letter.
Liaising with intermediaries to whom services are provided.
Preparing withdrawal requests for member pension benefit and Trustee fees.
Updating databases.
Preparing, collating and dispatching documentation.

Skills / Qualifications

If you possess GCSE qualifications (grade C or above) or equivalent in English and Maths, or have relevant experience, along with strong organisational and communication skills, and a keenness to continuously learn and enhance your abilities, we encourage you to reach out.
