This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience within corporate and fund administration while supporting a varied portfolio of client structures. Beginning as soon as possible, finishing in March 2027

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the delivery of a professional and proactive service to a varied portfolio of corporate and fund structures.
  • Process payments and ensure that relevant trackers, logs and checklists are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Support the preparation of board meetings, including collating papers and assisting with reports.
  • Assist with drafting meeting agendas, straightforward minutes and written resolutions.
  • Help company boards follow good governance practices and develop an understanding of when these should be applied.
  • Liaise with directors, professional advisers and other third parties as required.
  • Assist with processing capital calls and distributions, monitoring cash movements and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Support the preparation and processing of documentation relating to investment transactions.
  • Liaise with relevant parties throughout transactions and corporate actions.
  • Follow internal operating procedures, policies and controls.
  • Support wider company objectives and contribute positively to the team.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate professional standards and complete required ongoing training.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous office or administrative experience, although applications from those looking to develop their experience will also be considered. Experience within financial services, particularly corporate or fund administration, would be advantageous but is not essential and a school or university leaver would also be considered. They will possess a good standard of written and spoken English, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines accurately and proactively will be important.
