Senior Relationship Manager

• Managing and developing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients.
• Acting as the primary point of contact, delivering a high level of personalised service and responsiveness.
• Providing tailored investment advice in line with internal policies and asset allocation strategies.
• Driving business development through existing networks and new client acquisition.
• Identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet.
• Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, policies and internal guidelines.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and supporting product development strategies.
• Sharing client insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of services.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience within private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record in managing and growing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients. They will be well networked, commercially driven and able to demonstrate success in business development and client acquisition. A strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and regulatory environments is essential. Candidates must hold a Level 6 qualification (or equivalent). The successful individual will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and deliver a highly personalised client experience.
