The Risk & Compliance Administrator will perform a wide range of tasks to ensure that the business operates in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations and works within the firm’s risk and compliance framework.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Assisting in the analysis of laws and regulations to identify key changes and measuring/assessing their impact on the firm’s policies and procedures.
Attending ERM and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes and drafting minutes of those meetings.
Undertaking the maintenance, review and update of all R&C policies & procedures.
Attending ERM and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes and drafting minutes of those meetings.
Maintaining regulatory registers (eg. complaints, gifts, avoidable/unavoidable losses, PII, breaches, risk registers).
Supporting with ensuring all sanctions and other relevant notices are reviewed and actioned, as appropriate.
Assisting with generating and reviewing monthly reports, including following up on any outstanding matters.

Skills / Qualifications

No relevant experience necessary as full training will be given and support in the event the person wants to take a Risk & Compliance qualification.
