Duties will include, but are not limited to;Planning, selling and promoting the product range and processing customer bookings.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the product range
Providing excellence in service to all internal and external customers.
Actioning and maintaining airline queues.
Making outbound after sales follow-up calls.
