Stepping into the role of Private Clients Broker means working closely with high-net-worth clients to safeguard their most valued assets, from property and cars to art and collections. This position combines excellent client service with the chance to develop specialist expertise, backed by full training and professional study support. This role is open to candidates at all stages of their career. Whether you already have insurance experience and are looking to progress, are considering a move from another sector, or are starting out and bring previous employment, strong administration skills, and basic IT competence - full training and support will be provided.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Advising clients in person, by phone, and by email.
- Quoting for new policies and updating existing cover.
- Preparing and processing accurate client documentation.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Supporting team objectives and business growth.
- Cross-selling products and services where appropriate.
- Ensuring all processes comply with procedures and regulation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be personable, confident, and committed to providing excellent service. Previous insurance experience is not required, but strong communication, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential.
