Our client, a specialist in wealth management are seeking to recruit a Private Client Director.

Developing working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
Maintaining the highest level of trust and company administration in order to minimise business risk and to adhere to a culture of compliance with policies, appropriate risk management, and use the principle of treating customers fairly where applicable i.e., when dealing with enquiries or complaints.
Ensuring individual financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
Demonstrating an understanding of fiduciary responsibility in order to protect the client, yourself, the team and the business.
Contributing and achieving personal and team targets reviewing at monthly intervals throughout the year with line manager.
Working within the team to help identify areas for improvement.
Supporting the team and acting as back up where required.
Developing and sustaining a broad technical knowledge across products and services of the Bank to ensure business is supported.
Updating personal knowledge of intermediary and/or wealth management market.
Attending client meetings as required and maintaining full, accurate files/notes of all meetings, calls and conversations using the company systems to store.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction and the basic features of the different types of investment product, as well as knowledge of business procedures, standards and policies and procedures. This role will suit someone with good numeracy and communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in addition to the ability to understand routine documents and deal with conflicting demands.
