People Consultant/Regional Lead

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic People Consultant/Regional Lead to shape and deliver the employee experience across multiple jurisdictions, partnering closely with senior leaders to embed culture and support people initiatives. This role will suit an experienced HR generalist who enjoys coaching leaders, guiding people-related decisions and ensuring a consistent, positive employee journey across all offices!
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to assess organisational needs and deliver people solutions.
- Advising on local employment law and leading employee relations matters with pragmatic, confidential support.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including attraction, selection, onboarding and exits.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Working with London specialist teams (Reward, Learning, OD, Benefits) to tailor group-wide offerings for local use.
- Liaising with employee-led groups and helping deliver local wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Overseeing salary and bonus processes, payroll interaction and salary benchmarking.
- Coaching leaders, building trusted relationships and acting as a cultural ambassador.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR generalist with strong business partnering experience and a solid understanding of employment legislation within the Crown Dependencies. They will hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and ideally possess coaching experience. Strong communication, discretion, relationship-building skills and confidence managing employee relations are essential. A commercial mindset, sound judgement and the ability to align local needs with group frameworks will ensure success in this role.
