PA Support Administrator

Our client, a non-finance company is seeking to recruit a PA Support Administrator.




Deliver high quality customer service, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Provide an exceptional administrative secretarial service within the organisation and offer cover for the PAs during times of absence.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven secretarial experience, preferably complemented by relevant qualifications. Applicants will ideally have audio typing experience and will be able to touch type. A proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages is also a prerequisite to this role. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will demonstrate a professional, proactive and flexible approach to all duties.
