Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Processing Life & Disability renewals and servicing.
Reviewing and approving renewal calculations.
Issuing client invoices including deposit and regular invoices.
Reconciling client renewal accounts in order to issue final invoices.
Responding to client/broker queries.
Monitoring debtors and co-ordinating debtor chasing and referrals.
Assisting in calculation of claim adjustments or escalations.
Calculating manual adjustments where necessary and preparing journals.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proven accuracy and posses good communication and problem solving skills.How To Apply
