Network Transmission Engineer

In this role, you will support the team with technology evolutions, new products and projects such as IMS migrations, new network replacement and System X replacement.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Installation, commissioning and maintaining the XGS-PON network and the XGS-PON management systems.
Supporting the stable operation of the “Core Network” and the team as needed for SDH and DC Power systems.
Providing support to System X engineering team ensuring maintenance and faults are well managed.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have knowledge of broadband and access systems, or an appropriate Degree/HNC/Business Diploma and a willingness to gain an acceptable operational knowledge of legacy systems such as MSANs and SystemX, in order to support them until they are decommissioned, get in touch.
