A sales-based role to evaluate and prepare mortgage and life insurance applications for approval, having advised clients of financial status and repayment methods.

Guernsey,
Channel Islands
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Working to sales and corporate governance targets for the Mortgage & Life Insurance Department.
Liaising / corresponding directly with clients/stakeholders.
Evaluating and preparing relevant applications in line with policies and procedures.
Answering queries relating to current and potentially new customers within qualification scope.
Managing the mortgage and life insurance portfolio including updating daily activity records.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualification, or alternatively CeMap or CII and have proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor/ Life Advisor or equivalent.How To Apply
