Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Shape and lead the sales and marketing strategy across print, digital, and live events.
- Drive growth and innovation, uncovering new opportunities to expand reach and revenue.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ambition and success.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
- Keep the organisation ahead of the curve by tracking market trends and emerging media opportunities.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and communication skills, along with a strong strategic and analytical mindset. Experience in media, publishing, or a related industry is preferred, as is a track record of achieving and closing sales. Commercial awareness, the ability to motivate teams, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities will be key to success in this role. They will report directly into the board, taking a lead role in driving the strategic transition from print to digital media.
