Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support reception, visitor management, and meeting room coordination.
- Assist with office supplies, post, deliveries, and supplier liaison.
- Help maintain office presentation, facilities readiness, and safety standards.
- Respond to internal administrative requests in a timely manner.
- Provide cover for absences and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or workplace support experience and be available for a 3-month fixed-term contract. A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach is essential.
