Join a fast-paced and evolving People and Culture team as a Senior Resourcing Administrator. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting recruitment and wider HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including CV screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
Proactively sourcing candidates using social media and other digital platforms.
Maintaining a strong talent pipeline and managing third-party recruitment agency relationships.
Supporting the rollout of an applicant tracking system and improving recruitment workflows.
Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Producing recruitment reports and headcount forecasts to support strategic planning.
Contributing to recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness across jurisdictions.
Providing market insights and trends to improve hiring strategies and timelines.
Supporting HR with employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and internal communications.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful HR professional with experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or a related sector. Strong digital fluency and confidence using technology to streamline processes are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail are key. Knowledge of local employment legislation and experience managing recruitment data and metrics would be beneficial.
