FTC Marketing Executive

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating and delivering BD events, sponsorships, and conferences across multiple jurisdictions.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Supporting pitch and proposal development, credentials submissions, and tracking pipeline activity via CRM tools.
• Drafting and managing content for websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all materials and communication platforms.
• Assisting with the organisation's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
• Publishing internal updates in collaboration with People & Culture and providing training on marketing templates and tools.
• Liaising with external agencies, tracking marketing spend, and supporting the wider commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a B-grade GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and a recognised marketing qualification, ideally at degree level. Prior experience in a similar role—preferably within the finance sector—is essential, along with excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office tools. The role requires someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organisational abilities, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. A willingness to travel between jurisdictions and adaptability in a dynamic environment are also important.
