Working across events, client engagement and business development activity, this fixed-term contract role offers broad exposure within a busy and ambitious marketing team. A strong emphasis is placed on organisation, communication and delivering high-quality support across multiple projects.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the implementation of business development and marketing plans.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of legal directory submissions.
- Assisting with the coordination and delivery of external events and BD initiatives.
- Organising operational and logistical event arrangements.
- Supporting lawyers with business development trip preparation and follow-up activity.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems and reporting on client and BD data.
- Supporting pitching and wider business development initiatives.
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues on campaigns and communications activities.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and team initiatives where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to business development, marketing or events-related activities and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. They will be proactive, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business. The successful individual will be adaptable, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a professional services environment.
