Our client is seeking to recruit a Fiduciary Specialist.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Holding responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of trust, foundation and company mandates in relation to in-house fiduciary structures.
Assisting with the structure set-up and working closely with internal and external specialists.
Keeping abreast of industry changes and service innovations.
Offering support with the analysis of cases, consideration of commercial risk (fiduciary) and the analysis and management of new business involving high commercial (fiduciary) risk, using technical knowledge and exercising judgement.
Performing the timely completion of transaction monitoring, investment reviews, annual reviews and preparation of financial statements.
Delivering against established KPIs.
Acting as a “B” authorised signatory for the company.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years' wealth management experience, will hold a professional qualification or be qualified by experience and have a good working knowledge of trust and company administration practices. Applicants will be accustomed to working with other cultural and/or language environments and will have excellent IT skills. They will be commercially minded with the ability to quickly establish working relationships. The role will suit an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills who demonstrates commitment to and a complete understanding of professional, ethical and legal standards and the ability to express things simply and directly whilst maintaining a focused and controlled discussion.
