Fiduciary Management Director

Our client, one of the largest banks in the world, is seeking to recruit a Director for their Fiduciary Management Department.

Responsibilities

Maintain fiduciary responsibility for the management of a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships in their portfolio.
Engage with a programme of regular client and advisor visits, where the DRM maintains primary responsibility over the structure.
Ensure client strategic objectives are reviewed and refreshed and that the management of fiduciary structures meets the client strategic needs.
Support the DRM with fee reviews and negotiations within the current services delivery and requirements to ensure recovery of work in progress and fee collection targets as set out in the Business Plan.
Ensure all audit points relevant to clients under the fiduciary responsibility of the DFM are addressed.
Refer to the DRM any new business opportunities from new prospects or existing clients or COIs and support.
Provide any related client information, correspondence and participation to the DRM on any client reviews.
Implement and adhere to corporate policies in accordance with standards and procedures
Oversee staff compliance with the Global Trust Operating Model and supporting policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent compliance with GTOM Console metrics including Strategic Reviews and Investment Monitoring Action Points and Low Rated Performing Portfolios.
Ensure Fiduciary Services projects in which the DFM is participating are achieved.
Complete mandatory training or other operational requirements within set deadlines
Support employees within FS to achieve their potential by effective coaching, mentoring, and communication to meet client needs.
Ensure all audit points relevant to clients under the fiduciary responsibility of the DFM are addressed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with considerable experience in a senior or management position in fiduciary services. Applicants will be expected to maintain the minimum annual CPD of any held relevant professional qualifications. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills alongside excellent communication and organisational techniques with solid time management. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
