This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded private equity firm, managing the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of private equity funds, general partners, and related entities. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong leadership skills, ensuring all company secretarial duties are handled efficiently while supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Deputising for the Company Secretarial Manager in their absence.
Attending weekly management meetings and providing updates on team priorities and workload.
Overseeing the team's workload and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Supporting and mentoring team members in their day-to-day administrative tasks, handling complex queries.
Acting as the first point of contact for the team in the absence of the Company Secretarial Manager, addressing queries and escalating when necessary.
Managing the statutory and corporate secretarial reporting and filing requirements for entities under management.
Coordinating the quarterly board meeting process, including collating papers, preparing board packs, and overseeing meeting timetables.
Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant company secretarial or administrative qualifications and a strong willingness to undertake further professional study. They should possess a thorough understanding of Guernsey investment business regulations, statutory requirements, and company secretarial filing processes. Strong experience in managing and minuting board and committee meetings is essential, along with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.How To Apply
