Our client, an international leader in the Private Equity sector, is seeking to recruit a Client Services Associate for their Fund Operations Department.

Day to day administration in relation to Fund Operations services for a portfolio of clients
Work closely with other Associates to ensure that the team have an in depth knowledge of all activities of the portfolio of clients and therefore providing support for Company Secretarial duties as and when required
Work as part of a team to ensure that SLA targets are met for a portfolio of clients.
Coordinate drawdowns, distributions, financial reporting including the coordination of electronic delivery of investor communications and ad hoc deliverables.
Maintain Investor contact and bank details in Investran through the Data Processing Team.
Coordinate distribution payments and drawdown reconciliations and 3rd party invoice payments through Data Processing Team.
Collate Client Due Diligence in collaboration with the Compliance Team.
Board reporting on activities of the Fund structures.
Coordinate audit and K1 reporting process.
Attend to investor queries in a timely fashion.
Attend quarterly board meetings of clients within the team portfolio.
Ensure open and proactive dialogue with accounts team and Clients
Provide support to other Associates within the team to ensure that all Company Secretarial deadlines are met.
Assist with a broad range of Corporate secretarial duties such as coordination and attendance of quarterly board meetings, ad hoc board meetings and deal projects in times of holiday or peak activity
Minute writing for both quarterly and ad hoc meetings in times of holiday or peak activity
Ensure that all action points from meetings are disseminated and completed in a timely fashion
Assist with establishment of corporate records for new entities
Support with preparation of notices and resolutions
Support during Annual Validation process
Assist with billing and collection for team’s client portfolio.
Collate Client Due Diligence for new clients and assist with the collation of documents for the regulatory applications.
Open new bank accounts and on occasion assistance with the establishment of new banking relationships dependent on the client requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fund Administration and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification such ICSA. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Guernsey and UK Company Law, Tax Issues and Jurisdictions, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
