Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Issuing pre renewals and rate reviews and deposit invoices.
Monitoring rate acceptance, and discussing terms with the broker and client to conclude negotiations successfully.
Successfully chasing debts and referring problem cases as appropriate.
Monitoring lost business and reasons for cancellation.
Liaising with other teams to ensure the client’s needs are met.
Ensuring client specific documentation is kept up to date and correct.
Assisting the Client Relationship executives as appropriate.
Ensuring the renewal is issued within six weeks of receipt of complete data.
Assisting with debtors and compliant monitoring.
Responding to client queries within 2 business days.

Skills / Qualifications

Intermediate level experience of Word, Excel and Outlook software, with a well organised approach, and effective communication skills with people at all levels, along with a client focused approach, the flexibility and adaptability to meet the clients and business needs, and the ability to plan work and meet deadlines set are essential to the role.
