A new opportunity has arisen within a corporate banking environment for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a professional front-office team. This role will suit someone with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage a portfolio of key relationships across sectors such as fiduciary, fund administration, family office, and insurance. The postholder will contribute to growth and retention by offering tailored solutions and maintaining high service standards.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality relationship banking services.
- Achieving financial performance targets for your assigned portfolio.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities for products and services.
- Proactively generating leads through networking and client engagement.
- Coordinating client periodic reviews and ensuring AML/KYC compliance.
- Contributing to the bank's broader financial objectives through revenue growth.
- Maintaining awareness of risk appetite and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborating across departments to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
- Monitoring processes and suggesting efficiency improvements where appropriate.
- Ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a front-office banking or client relationship role, with a proven ability to work to financial targets. A relevant minimum Level 4 qualification (e.g. RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP) is preferred, as is experience with credit paper drafting. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, along with commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to client service and internal process improvement.
