If you have a minimum of 4-5 years' relevant experience in the trust field and are in the final stages of a professional qualification e.g. ICSA certificate or STEP Foundation, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Day to day administration, management, delegation and control of routine processing.
Ensuring chargeable time is properly recorded against clients, and invoices are raised with aged debtors monitored and followed-up for payment.
Acting as primary and/or back up relationship manager for a number of clients in the team and seeking opportunities to develop and enhance relationships.
Ensuring CDD is maintained for all clients.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to a career in trust and company administration, possess strong knowledge and experience of offshore trust and company administration and the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level.
