Assist the team with the administration of a client portfolio, comprised of Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships.
Undertake bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records for the team’s client portfolio.
Draft written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends and professional fees.
Maintain an accurate statutory database of the team’s client portfolio.
Liaise with intermediaries, such as banks, law firms and other professional advisors by email, telephone and written correspondence, as required.
Assist with the take-on of new business in accordance with the Office Procedures Manual, including the review of due-diligence, preparation of initial Board/Trustee minutes and establishing the client on Microgen 5Series.
Draft minutes and general correspondence for review by the Administrator and/or Manager.
Provide general assistance to the team, as necessary.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a good academic background and preference will be given to candidates who have some administrative experience, although full training will be provided. Applicants will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complimented with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, common sense and a good sense of humour. This role will suit an adaptable, smartly presented and confident team player, who applies accuracy and attention to detail to all duties.
