This role involves close and regular interaction with all members of the Family Office Client Support Team, Banking and Compliance department.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:Administering the formation of trusts and the incorporation of companies.
Liaising with clients, professional advisors and other third parties.
Preparing documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions.
Opening and maintaining bank accounts, including payment instructions, reviewing, and filing bank statements.
Maintaining company and trust records, including due diligence, in line procedures and AML regulations.
Arranging, investment reviews for both trusts and companies and interpreting the outcomes and actions.
