Alex Le Maitre

Alex joined Leapfrog in April 2026. After completing a film degree at the University of Brighton, Alex worked in travel sales, where he first discovered a knack for building relationships and talking people through big decisions. Now bringing that same ethos to recruitment, he's committed to helping candidates and clients navigate Guernsey's job market and find the right fit. Away from the desk, you'll usually find him in the gym, out on a scenic walk, DJing around the island, or keeping a close eye on the Premier League and the NBA.
