Our client an international provider of a wide range of financial services in funds, pensions, real estate, private and client services, is seeking to recruit a Pensions Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Work alongside the administration team and attend to all business introducers and clients via phone, email and client management system.
Liaise with the compliance function and counterparties, on due diligence and account opening procedures.
Record and process all client transactions, within the in-house system.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, relevant to the Pension Department.
Maintain and organise prospects and all current business activity and contribute to periodic update meetings.
Provide various administration support.
Coordinate updates, on all client activity.
Prepare weekly, or ad hoc reports for the Head of Pensions.
Update the accounting system monthly, with all core transactional activity.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard, or higher and will possess a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience. Applicants will have good working knowledge of MS Office programmes and will be expected to become competent with the internal accounting system. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to liaise with various stakeholders and will display a professional and accurate manner, especially when recording transactions, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
