Senior Administrator

Our client a financial services provider, across all types of funds, offering a bespoke client focused approach, is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator for their Administration and Valuations Team.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administration duties in the Administration Team.
Carry out record keeping, double entry bookkeeping and periodic management accounting.
Calculate and review of trail fees.
Setup of new bank accounts.
Input and review of transactions via online banking applications.
Produce VAT returns and process of VAT payments/refunds.
Undertake regulatory reporting to the GFSC.
Liaise with clients, investors and other connected parties. Review of valuations of collective investment schemes.
Work in accordance with Company procedures.
Maintain compliance with appropriate laws and regulations, anti-money laundering regulations and company procedures.
Payment of invoices, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, production of management accounts and opening of bank accounts.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in a relevant role and either hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as FIA or CAT. Candidates will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills as well as solid IT abilities, and will display excellent written and verbal communication and organisational techniques. This role will suit a motivated and practical team player with strong interpersonal skills.
