Join a collaborative Marketing & Business Development team where you'll play an important role in strengthening client and intermediary relationships. From listening programmes and key client initiatives to events and account-based marketing, you'll keep multiple workstreams moving while ensuring insights translate into meaningful follow-up.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate client and intermediary surveys and other listening activities.
  • Analyse feedback and engagement data to identify themes, opportunities and potential concerns.
  • Maintain action trackers and ensure agreed follow-up is completed.
  • Support the planning and delivery of key client and intermediary programmes.
  • Coordinate targeted engagement and activation campaigns.
  • Identify dormant relationships and opportunities for introductions or additional services.
  • Coordinate targeted client and intermediary communications.
  • Identify potential testimonials, case studies and referral opportunities.
  • Support account-based marketing through research and targeted engagement.
  • Coordinate client and intermediary events, invitations and follow-up activity.
  • Maintain accurate client and intermediary information and support improvements to CRM data.
  • Track programme activity and contribute to management reporting.
  • Build effective relationships with commercial and client-facing colleagues across the business.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within marketing, business development, client engagement or relationship programmes, ideally gained within professional services or another relationship-led environment. You'll have experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines, with strong organisational skills and the confidence to follow up with senior colleagues. You'll be an excellent communicator with good analytical ability, capable of identifying useful themes from client feedback and data while handling sensitive relationship information appropriately. Experience with CRM systems, surveys, contact data or email marketing tools would be advantageous, as would a relevant marketing, communications or business qualification.
