Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the opening of client bank accounts.
  • Preparing payment instructions and payment packs.
  • Monitoring client bank accounts and incoming funds.
  • Liaising with reviewers and authorisers regarding payment runs.
  • Maintaining treasury trackers and records.
  • Supporting treasury administration and operational processes.
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and prioritising tasks.
  • Assisting with ad hoc treasury and administration duties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and numerical ability. No previous treasury experience is required as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable and keen to develop a long-term career within financial services.
