With responsibility for workplace environments across multiple international jurisdictions, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver a group-wide facilities strategy within a growing financial services business. Combining strategic planning with hands-on project delivery, you'll play a key role in supporting future growth and operational excellence.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a Group-wide workplace and office strategy.
  • Monitoring occupancy, utilisation and lease arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Leading office searches, fit-outs, relocations and consolidation projects.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines and third-party suppliers.
  • Supporting post-acquisition office integration and workplace alignment activities.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of office facilities across the Group.
  • Establishing and maintaining facilities policies, standards and procedures.
  • Managing relationships with landlords, service providers and external contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, fire safety and building regulations.
  • Managing facilities budgets, expenditure and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Supporting workplace experience, hybrid working and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintaining business continuity, emergency planning and facilities-related risk controls.
  • Providing reporting and recommendations to senior leadership on workplace strategy and performance.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have significant experience within facilities management, workplace strategy or corporate real estate, ideally across multiple sites and jurisdictions. They will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering office relocations, fit-outs or workplace transformation projects, alongside strong commercial and financial management skills. Experience managing budgets, supplier relationships and lease negotiations is essential, together with excellent organisational and project management capability. Knowledge of health and safety, fire safety and building compliance requirements would be highly advantageous, with qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM viewed favourably. The successful individual will be adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across an international business.
