Supporting the Group Company Secretary across a wide range of governance and administrative responsibilities, this role offers excellent exposure to company secretarial work within a fast-evolving international business. The position has been created to help expand capacity as the Group continues to grow.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Group Company Secretary with governance and company secretarial activities.
- Maintaining statutory registers, structure charts and company records.
- Assisting with statutory filings and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, agendas and meeting logistics.
- Preparing minutes, action points and supporting documentation.
- Maintaining corporate calendars and governance records.
- Assisting with company secretarial support across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting regulatory and statutory compliance activities.
- Assisting with corporate projects, restructures and governance initiatives.
- Supporting the Director induction process and wider governance administration.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a company secretarial, governance or financial services administration role and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of Guernsey Company Law and corporate governance practices would be advantageous, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Board paper systems. A relevant qualification such as CGI/ICSA or willingness to work towards one would be beneficial. The successful individual will be professional, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
