As an Insights Accredited Practitioner, Leapfrog can use this tool to support coaching and leadership development, helping individuals and teams improve communication, strengthen relationships and enhance overall workplace performance.

- Leadership Development Level 1 – 5-day course run over 6 months
- Leadership Development Level 1 with one-to-one coaching – 5-day course run over 6 months
