Property Manager

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants regarding day-to-day matters.
• Coordinating maintenance issues from initial report through to completion.
• Liaising with contractors regarding quotations, repairs and maintenance works.
• Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports.
• Supporting tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs.
• Assisting with block management and larger maintenance projects where required.
• Maintaining accurate records, property documentation and internal systems.
• Assisting with insurance claims and compliance-related administration.
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team to support operational delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong communication and relationship management skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment. They will be confident dealing professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors and possess a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Previous property, lettings, administration or customer service experience would be advantageous, although strong organisational ability, professionalism and personality are equally important for the role. The successful individual will be adaptable, team-focused and comfortable working independently and on Saturday mornings as and when required.
