Our client is seeking an Operational Specialist to support core business operations and compliance activities. The role combines risk oversight with operational execution and stakeholder engagement.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting operational execution and regulatory oversight across the business.
- Monitoring and managing relationships with outsourced service providers.
- Managing service level agreements and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Supporting credit governance and decision-making processes.
- Strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance and internal policy requirements.
- Supporting risk management and operational control processes.
- Assisting with reporting, reviews and compliance monitoring activities.
- Supporting business teams to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a financial services or related environment and demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. They will have a good understanding of compliance, risk and operational processes, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential, and the successful individual will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a regulated environment.
