Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting underwriting and insurance-related processes.
- Assisting with administrative and operational tasks within the team.
- Developing knowledge of insurance products, systems and industry practices.
- Participating in structured training, workshops and development activities.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to team success.
- Delivering high standards of customer service.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn and develop within the insurance sector. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, inquisitive mindset. A proactive approach, willingness to take on new challenges and commitment to a structured development programme are essential. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade A-C / 4-9, including Maths and English.
