Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing credit card applications, undertaking relevant checks and credit limit calculations.
  • Assisting customers with digital onboarding processes and mobile app queries.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handling credit card transaction queries and investigating disputes.
  • Supporting the set-up and ongoing management of direct debits.
  • Assisting with operational tasks within the credit card function.
  • Contributing to enhancements of the credit card product and service offering.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in developing knowledge within credit card operations and financial crime risk. They will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering a high standard of customer service. Strong organisational and time management abilities are essential. Previous experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career within banking.
