This is a fast-moving, creative support role for someone who enjoys bringing property listings to life. Working full-time within a collaborative marketing environment, this role blends digital content, property presentation and website support across a Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional Saturday cover on a rota basis!
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, editing and uploading high-quality property listings for the company website.
- Uploading and managing photographs, floor plans, videos and written descriptions across digital platforms.
- Liaising with negotiators to ensure all property information is accurate and correctly recorded.
- Maintaining consistency and presentation across all listings in line with brand standards.
- Updating property availability, pricing and featured content on the website.
- Managing digital signage and on-screen property advertising content.
- Supporting day-to-day website content updates and contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Ensuring time-sensitive listings and new instructions are published promptly.
- Assisting with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Creating engaging posts to promote new listings, property features and company updates.
- Monitoring social media channels and flagging enquiries or comments for follow-up.
- Preparing brochures and marketing collateral as required.
- Maintaining and organising the digital media library, including images, videos and templates.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers in relation to marketing materials when needed.
- Providing occasional Saturday morning cover on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a strong flair for written content, alongside a genuine interest in digital marketing and property presentation. They will be well organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a full-time, office-based role. A working knowledge of content management systems, Microsoft Office and social media platforms is essential, with experience using website CMS tools, scheduling software or basic design packages considered advantageous. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team are key.
