Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administer a portfolio of real estate and private equity fund structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.
- Maintain statutory registers, internal trackers, and fund documentation.
- Support cash management, including payments and incoming funds.
- Assist with capital calls, distributions, and quarterly billing.
- Prepare regulatory filings and support fund take-ons.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare packs, and take minutes.
- Ensure timely execution of agreements and documentation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's relevant experience, be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), and ideally be studying or willing to study towards CGI or a similar qualification. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working in a fund environment are essential.
